check-in experience needs improvement

The room was spacious and clean. The shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast options were diverse, catering to different dietary preferences. A fellow guest mentioned enjoying the fresh fruit and yogurt, which I also appreciated.

It took far too long to resolve our check-in issues.

Really good stay, as always. Modern accommodation with absolutely perfect setting near to Denver and Boulder downtown and Louisville and airport, shopping and restaurants. Very very helpful staff, huge, modern rooms with 2 queen beds.

Dirty bathroom.

It was very close to Denver and Boulder downtown, the medical center and the Butterfly Pavilion, great location overall.

What stands out, both good and bad

The breakfast options were fantastic-fresh, hot, and a good variety! The staff was friendly and cute.

The check-in process was frustrating with issues, and the soundproofing left much to be desired. Noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep.

The stay featured a comfortable Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and I appreciated the focus on cleanliness throughout the hotel. Staff members were notably friendly, contributing to a cute atmosphere. Breakfast options were enjoyable, although the dining area became quite crowded during peak times.

The indoor pool area had an inviting vibe with ample seating. Cleanliness levels shone throughout the common areas, showing that maintenance keeps things in top shape.

The check-in process hit some bumps. I arrived only to find my reservation lost. Additional amenities seemed lacking, with limited breakfast options and a cramped dining area during peak hours, leading to some frustration at breakfast time.

The staff was super attentive. The breakfast had great selections, including delicious waffles. My room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cozy. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a nice one-night stay after a concert. the breakfast was tasty and offered plenty of options, and the room was comfortable, but the pool was a bit smaller than I expected.

The room was super spacious and comfortable. I loved having a couch too! The bathroom was unique with those barn-door style doors-definitely different from what I'm used to. Everything felt clean and tidy, so important. The only downside was that I wished I had more time to enjoy the pool and breakfast, which looked awesome.

Family with kids looking for comfort

I stayed for three nights and was really impressed with the staff, they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing too, they had everything from waffles to fresh fruit, really set a positive tone for the day!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Spacious and modern room with super comfy beds. the breakfast spread was awesome 👌 Perfect spot for our trip to Whitetail Park, just a short walk from here.
